The Digital Marketing Manager is a key role that connects Avant Cashmere’s luxury Mongolian knitwear with customers. This person is responsible for building the brand story online, running campaigns, and driving sales through digital channels.
It’s not just posting on social media – it’s about managing the entire digital ecosystem: paid ads, SEO, content creation, analytics, and even working with influencers. The job requires both strategic thinking (long-term brand growth) and hands-on skills (designing a poster in Canva or setting up a campaign in Meta Ads).
Main Responsibilities
Create and execute digital marketing strategies for international and local markets.
Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and email campaigns.
Plan content calendars and coordinate with designers/photographers.
Use analytics tools to track performance and adjust campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach.
Support e-commerce sales and improve customer engagement online.
Required Skills
2+ years experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads.
Proficiency in Canva, PostPlanner, ERP systems.
Ability to design posters and visual content.
Creative mindset with an eye for luxury fashion branding.
Advanced English skills (written & spoken).
